What is "All-Inclusive?"

"All-inclusive" means that the price you pay for your stay covers almost everything you could want during your vacation. At this resort, that includes:

  • Accommodation: Your room or suite for the duration of your stay.
  • Meals and Drinks: All meals, snacks, and drinks (including alcoholic beverages)
  • Activities: This resort offer a range of activities, such as water sports, entertainment, and excursions.
  • Amenities: Access to pools, beaches, beach toys, fitness centers, and other facilities. Also, free wi-fi.

Dining & Drinking​

How is the food?​

The food is great! The resort has several restaurants, each with its own theme and menu. You can expect a variety of cuisines, including Mexican, Italian, Asian, and American. There are also snack bars and buffets available throughout the day. I find their seafood to be particularly good, and the Mexican food from their on-site traditional restaurant is authentic and delicious.

Are food and alcohol really available all the time?​

Yep. The resort has several restaurants and bars that are open at different times throughout the day and night, but the main buffet is open 24/7, with a reduced menu for very late hours. You can get food and drinks at any time, day or night. Your room also contains a mini-fridge stocked with soda and beer, which is replenished daily.

Activities​

There is a fairly large activities team on staff here. They schedule activities for adults (and children) from morning to night.

Amenities​

Amenities are generally thought of as parts of the resort that aren't specifically your room.

There are 3 pools.​

Let's just get that one out of the way. There are three, and one has a swim up bar. I promise you, that dream you have of paddling up to the bar in your pool float and grabbing a cocktail before floating away is absolutely as awesome as it is in your dream.

There are tennis courts.​

Bring your personal rackets if you're a big fan of tennis, or just check out some from the resort.

There is a basketball court.​

If you're a fan of basketball, there is a full court available. Prepare to suffer the humiliation that is H.O.R.S.E. At least you can keep a cocktail in hand while you play.

There's a fitness room.​

I know you're on vacation, so take your break and you do you. Absolutely no judgement. However, if you happen to be certain people who like to get 30 mins of cardio in to start the day, but aren't used to exertion in such weather, that air conditioned room is a great solution that doesn't interrupt your habit.
